11.5" 7.62x39 Black Rifle Arms Carbine 4150 Nitrided Barrel

I cant be happier. This barrel is excellent. An AR pistol that shoots my handload into 3/4" at a hundred and keeps Tula inside 2". Only lost a couple hundred FPS. Minimal fouling. Was able to consistently hit a 35 gal steel drum at 433 yds the other day.

Another superb barrel by BRA. As with other BRA barrels, fitment to a Aero Precision upper required heat blasts with a hair dryer, hand fitting as far as it could go and then final seating with light taps with a rubber mallet against a small piece of 2x4 centered directly against the muzzle. Accuracy at 50yds bench rest with a Sig Tango05 1x RDS was a 3-shot zero covered by a quarter. A Superlative Arms adjustable gas block, a LaRue MBT (trigger) paired with a Wolff XP hammer spring, a Spike's Tactical ST-T1 3oz buffer, a JP tuned carbine buffer spring, and a Precision Armaments EFAB brake make this AR-Pistol quite a soft shooter with minimal recoil, minimal muzzle flip, virtually no flash, very little side concussion and superb accuracy. The CPD 28rd AR 7.62x39 mags are solid performers (also carried by BRA).
