A: NO, this caliber (7.62x39) is an AR-15 and only is compatible with AR-15 lowers. The Aero Precision AR10/M5 lowers fit with our .308/7.62x51 piston uppers which you an find here: https://www.blackriflearms.com/AR-308-PISTON-UPPERS_c_115.html

A: Our piston uppers do require a Mil-Spec lower with buffer and spring.

A: Yes our bolt carrier groups are a specifically designed piston bolt carrier group with the buffer technology. We updated the products page to include this photo as the other photo was deleted and wasn't up to date.

A: You can shoot anything; however, certain ammunition like Tula will shorten the life of bolts/extractors and cause premature failures. Extractors will break eventually in this caliber due to how thin the walls are machined and other things will contribute to a shorter extractor and/or bolt life like overgassing.
