The following terms and conditions apply to all custom builds and orders from Black Rifle Arms

For all orders a non-refundable deposit of  $200.00 is required at the time the order is placed. The balance of payment is due at time of shipping or date the order is fulfilled.
By clicking on Terms and Conditions at time of checkout you agree you have read and agreed to CUSTOM BUILDS AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS terms and conditions. The the buyer has agreed to color, design, quantity and other order details. 

Because we do not carry parts we are paying to have ordered into our facility for your custom order, you agree to the $200.00 non-refundable deposit in order for us to order custom parts for your build. This deposit is non-refundable and the parts are not transferable to said customer.
