If you wish to cancel an order please call Black Rifle Arms at (386) 410-5162 duringbusiness hours of Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm EST.
After hours please email us through the invoice email you received or through our Contact Us page with order # you wish to cancel.

If your item is a "DROP SHIP FROM OUR VENDOR" and your order is in the status of "Processing", we can not cancel your order as the order has been placed with our Drop Ship Vendor. You will need to contact us once you receive the product for an RMA ticket, you will need to pay return shipping and we will issue you a refund minus 15% merchant fees and minus shipping cost.
For all other orders, if your order is in the status of "PROCESSING OR SHIPPED" your order can not be canceled. Refusal of parcel will inquire a refund minus 15% merchant fees and minus shipping cost.
For Complete Upper order if your order is in the "BUILDING UPPER" status there will be a 15% Merchant Processing Fee. Once your shipping label is created, the cancellation will not be accepted. Only exception to these terms is *Custom Cerkaote on Complete Uppers and/or Part(s) as it is considered a Custom Order and can not be canceled. Your order will process and ship to you, if you refuse shipment you agree to pay for all shipping charges, cerakote charges and a 15% restocking fee. we are unable to cancel your order as it's a custom order and your order will process and ship.- *Custom Cerkaote jobs on uppers and parts once your order goes to CERAKOTE PROCESSING you can not cancel your order as cerakote is considered a CUSTOM ORDER and CUSTOM ORDERS can not be canceled
FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS that we have captured payment on, but has not shipped we will refund you the total shipping cost minus the 15% merchant processing fees (this includes various fees including merchant capture fees and refund fees we are charged by Merchant Services. We can no longer take the merchant fees losses on canceled orders.
