This policy is in regards for returns by carrier for Insufficient Address and/or Incorrect Address provided by customer during checkout. If an order is return back to our facility due to an insufficient address we will reach out to the customer so they can update with correct ship to address so we may update it in the order. Once we confirm this update we will attempt to reship after capturing reshipment charges. All reshipment cost is the responsibility of the customer including any insurance or signature confirmation requested by the customer during checkout. If customer doesn't respond to request for updated shipping address or wishes to cancel the order instead of reshipping and paying reshipping fees the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
