We will gladly accept the returns or exchanges of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. 

Black Rifle Arms stands behind our products and if a Black Rifle Arms product we manufacture has a defect we will exchange/replace the item for free including shipping charges. We will also send out a prepaid shipping label to return defective product(s). All customers agree to send back defective product(s) when a prepaid shipping label is issued or agree to have Black Rifle Arms charge them for REPLACEMENT PRODUCT(S) we shipped in advance of receiving the defective product(s). Failure to adhered to the Terms and Conditions customer agreed to in order to finalized the checkout process, you give permission to Black Rifle Arms to charge your credit card for payment of Replacement Products(s) if customer fails to send back "defective" product(s) when and only when a shipping label has been sent to customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: No REFUND will be issued until product(s) are received by us. Once we receive the product(s) we will issue a refund in 1 to 2 business days;
however, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to show the refund.

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If you wish to cancel an order please call Black Rifle Arms at 386.410.5162. If your package has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created, the cancellation will not be accepted. This includes piston conversions as we pull from the shelf and set aside until customer ships in upper for the conversion.

    Refusal of Order or Non-Deliverable:
    If you refuse an order you have placed with Black Rifle Arms or your order is non-deliverable, Black Rifle Arms will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping, handling and/or shipping insurance charges. Refunds are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. 

    Return, Refund, Exchange Policy:
    You may return new, unused product(s) sold by Black Rifle Arms within 15 business days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling and/or insurance charges and the 10% restocking fee. All products MUST be in original, unopened packaging. Any product returned not in original, unopened package will be charged a 15% repackaging/restocking fee.

    If a wrong item(s) was received, we will exchange the item for free including shipping charges. We will send along with the package a return prepaid shipping package to return the wrong item received. Failure to return the wrong item sent, you are stating you want to keep that product and therefore give us permission to collect product fee and shipping for keeping the wrong item sent product(s). 

Out of Spec? We will determine if a product(s) sent back is out of spec, if a product is within mil-spec we will provide video of opening the package received back from customer and testing for out of spec product(s). If a product is within spec restocking fee will apply to the return. If a product(s) is out of spec we will issue a full refund including shipping charges, if applicable. If the product is within mil-spec a refund of the product(s) will be issued minus the restocking fee and shipping fees, if applicable. Unfortunately, we are having to include this in our policy because we are seeing too many subpar firearms components that are out of spec, etc and then customers wanting to return a product because it doesn't work with their build. We only deal with high-quality manufacturers who produce mil-spec firearm components from USA material, yes at times there can be an issue and we stand behind our products and will honor our return/exchange policy.  

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE can a product(s) be returned for a refund or exchange if ANY MODIFICATIONS or ABUSE has been determined. If a product(s) has been modified or abused and a customer returns said product(s) the product(s) WILL NOT be provided a refund or an exchange and we will not ship said product(s) back unless customer provides shipping/handling fees for a return modified or abused product(s) or provides a prepaid shipping label. 

    How To Return An Item: 
    Your item(s) must be in its original, unopened package unless there is a defect we will replace for free. If there is a defect with another manufacturer product you must contact them to replace it. You must return the item(s) within 10 days after contacting Black Rifle Arms for an RMA number.

  2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and the RMA number provided to you by customer service.
4. If the product(s) are returned without an RMA number it will delay your exchange and/or refund.
