Black Rifle Arms stands behind our products and if a Black Rifle Arms product we manufacture has a "stated" defect by customer, we will exchange/replace the item for free including shipping charges. Failure to return the "stated" defective product(s) sent within 10 days upon receiving your return prepaid shipping envelope, you are stating you want to keep that product(s), and, therefore, give us permission to collect payment on your credit card for product(s) fee and shipping charges for keeping the stated defective product(s) received after we sent a prepaid shipping label for returned product(s) that you agreed upon to return. These Terms and Conditions and the Store Policy, clickable links for ALL CUSTOMERS to read and agree to, has to be checked by ALL CUSTOMERS in order to complete the checkout process. Within our RMA process we send out RMA email stating RMA instructions to all customers to read and which provide links to our Terms and Conditions and Store Policy.
