There is a NO RETURN POLICY on opened, used or modified product(s)/merchandise.
- We will gladly accept the return of New and/or Unused product(s) up to 30 days
- A STORE CREDIT will be issued minus all shipping fees and the 15% restocking Fee
- A STORE CREDIT will be issued once we receive the product(s) back at our facility
For defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship we will gladly exchange the product(s). Returns due to a defect will be issued either a replacement or a credit card refund; however, all other returns outside of manufacturing defects will be issue a store credit.
If there is an issue with your order or product(s) you agree to contact us first to allow us to resolve any issues, we welcome our customers to address any concerns they may have and we will be happy to help!
Black Rifle Arms stands behind our products and if a Black Rifle Arms product we manufacture has a defect, we will exchange/replace the item for free. Failure to return the defective product(s) within 10 days upon receiving prepaid shipping label will incur the cost of the replacement product(s), we will reverse this charge as soon as the defective product(s) is returned back to our facility agreed to upon checkout under the Terms and Conditions and the Store Policy.
Within our RMA process we send out RMA email stating RMA instructions to all customers to read and which provide links to our Terms and Conditions and Store Policy.
We will issue a Return Shipping Label for defective product; however, please take notice if the shipping label is for USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail. Returning a product we issued a first class shipping label for in a priority box will incur additional shipping fees and you agree if that if additional shipping fees are incurred due to shipping back incorrectly those fees will come out of refund.
PLEASE NOTE: No Exchanges will be issued until defective item is return to our facility. For all other returns: No store credit and/or store gift certificate will be issued until product(s) are returned to our facility. Once we receive the product(s) we will issue a store credit and/or store gift certificate in 1 to 2 business days;
however, for items that are defective we issue a replacement.
If you wish to cancel an order please call Black Rifle Arms at 386.410.5162 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9 am to 4pm EST. After hours please email us through the invoice email you received or through our Contact Us page with order # you wish to cancel. Please see below for further information regarding cancellation of order.
If your item is a "DROP SHIP FROM OUR VENDOR" and your order is in the status of "Processing", we can not cancel your order as the order has been placed with our Drop Ship Vendor. You will need to contact us once you receive the product for an RMA ticket, you will need to pay return shipping and we will issue you a store credit and/or gift certificate minus shipping cost.
*For all other orders, if your order is in the status of "PROCESSING" and/or "BUILDING UPPER" there will be a 15% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created, the cancellation will not be accepted. Exception to these terms is Custom Cerkaote on Complete Uppers and/or Part(s) as it is considered a Custom Order and can not be canceled. Your order will process and shipped to you, if you refuse shipment you agree to pay for all shipping charges, cerakote charges and a 15% restocking fee. we are unable to cancel your order as it's a custom order and your order will process and ship.
- *Custom Cerkaote jobs on uppers and parts once your order goes to CERAKOTE PROCESSING you can not cancel your order as cerakote is considered a CUSTOM ORDER and CUSTOM ORDERS can not be cancelled.
If you refuse parcel when delivered and it is returned to Black Rifle Arms we will issue a refund minus ALL shipping charges and minus ALL cerakote charges and you will be issued a store credit for your partial refund.

Refusal of Order, Non-Deliverable or Failure of Local Post Office Pickup:
A refusal of an order you have placed with Black Rifle Arms that has had a shipping label created and is in "shipping" status waiting carrier pickup or has been picked up, we will not issue you a store credit until we receive the package back into our facility. At this time, we will issue you a store credit of the product(s) price minus a 15% restocking fee, shipping, handling and/or shipping insurance charges.
If your order is non-deliverable due to the wrong address provided during checkout, Black Rifle Arms will contact you by phone or email to update and revise your address. We will create a new order and capture payment for this order and once the non-deliverable package is received back to our facility we will issue you a refund of the product(s) cost minus shipping charges.
In the case that you fail to pick up your parcel at your Local Post Office, this implies to customers requesting Post Office local pickup, Black Rifle Arms will contact you by phone or email advising you the parcel has been returned to our facility. You can request at that time to have it reshipped to your local residence, you will be charged shipping cost, or you can request a store credit of tangible goods minus shipping cost including signature confirmation, insurance, or local post office request.
In the case of a Refusal of Order, Non-Deliverable, or Failure of Pickup At Local Post Office a store credits will not be issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. of the purchase price minus shipping, handling and/or insurance charges and the 15% restocking fee. All products MUST be in original, unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE can a product(s) be returned for a refund, store credit and/or store gift certificate or exchange if ANY MODIFICATIONS or ABUSE has been determined. If a product(s) has been modified or abused and a customer returns said product(s) the product(s) WILL NOT be provided a store credit and/or store gift certificate or an exchange and we will not ship said product(s) back unless customer provides shipping/handling fees for a return modified or abused product(s) or provides a prepaid shipping label.
How To Return An Item:
Your item(s) must be in its original, unopened package unless there is a defect we will replace for free. If there is a defect with another manufacturer product you must contact them to replace it. You must return the item(s) within 10 days after contacting Black Rifle Arms for an RMA number.

Customers who want to return an item that they no longer want or need or change their mind are responsible for the shipping cost to return a product(s).
3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and the RMA number provided to you by customer service.
4. If the product(s) are returned without an RMA number it will delay your exchange and/or store credit and/or store gift certificate.
FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ISSED A FULL REFUND YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BEING ISSUED A SHIPPING LABEL AND FULL REFUND.
- Failure to return a product(s) after being issued a refund and a return shipping label within 10 days will be considered theft of products and we may seek legal action against you in our local courts
- If we pursue small claims court you are liable for all cost associated with traveling to our city to attend court
- Once we file in small claims court you may still return product(s), but to file with the courts to end litigation you are responsible for all fees associated with filings before we end small claims with the courts
