If an order is returned back to our facility due to a signature confirmation carrier is unable to obtain, failure to pick up package at local Post Office for local post office pickups, and/or general non-pickups from shipping lockers, etc., we will reach out to the customer so they can verify when order should reship so somebody at that residence can sign for it or pickup at local post office and/or from shipping locker. Once we confirm this update we will capture reshipping cost and we will reship your order. Once we capture payment and reship the order if it comes back to our facility for a second time we will cancel the order and you will be issued a Store Credit minus all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
All reshipping cost is the responsibility of the customer including any insurance or signature confirmation. If customer doesn't respond to request for an updated shipping date or wishes to cancel the order instead of reshipping and paying reshipping fees the order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
