This is a legal binding contract you read and agreed to during checkout in accordance regarding Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation and agree that Black Rifle Arms or Associates are not responsible for Uninsured packages, No Signature Required and/or Packages Scanned as Delivered on orders placed on our website.

You can request your package to be held at the post office for a small convenience fee and/or you can choose to request Signature Confirmation during checkout at an additional cost of $2.95. It's the buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance for their order, cost of insurance varies according to order total upon checkout. Shipping insurance covers against damage or lost package during transit, does not cover packages that state delivered. Signature Confirmation ensures your package is handed to you at your shipping address provided which requires you or an individual at your residence/office to sign for the package.

At checkout, if you chose NO INSURANCE, you have agreed to our Shipping Insurance Terms: I acknowledge by not insuring my package(s) Black Rifle Arms will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged package(s). Once package(s) states delivered Black Rifle Arms is not responsible for any package(s) left unintended.

At checkout, if you chose INSURANCE, if after 15 business days your package is not delivered the USPS the Postal Service will consider your package lost at that time, and Black Rifle Arms will start the insurance process and replace your package within 1 to 2 business days. USPS pays the insurance monies to us and we, in turn, provide you with another shipment of your order that was insured. Because your insured order is being replaced at our cost the post office pays insurance to us for the replacement of that order.

Insurance will not replace stolen packages scanned 'DELIVERED'. Once package is scanned 'DELIVERED' it is proof you have received your package; no replacement(s) will not be issued.


Customers are responsible to track their packages. If you have not received an email for order or tracking please check your email's spam/junk folder, if you do not find it there please contact us so we can look up your order to provide tracking and update your email. All orders that ship will get tracking, this is an automated email sent out during time of creating a customers shipping label. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of your order as it makes it way through the carrier's systems. Any unattended orders that have been delivered are the responsibility of the customers to retrieve.

When customers do no receive an email with tracking provided it's due to three things:

  • Email Typo Error during checkout
  • Goes to Spam/Junk Folder
  • Customers Email Box is Full and Being Auto Rejected

Look Up Your Local Post Office HERE. Enter your city or zip and when post offices populates click on your local post office and then scroll down and their local address and phone number is provided. DO NOT USE THE 800 #.


If your order is marked as 'Delivered' but you don’t see it, please check with your local post office (not the USPS hotline) and/or UPS whichever carrier delivered your package. Sometimes an USPS employer will accidental scan the parcel as being delivered, but shows up in a day or two. All carrier's have GPS scanners, you can request them to get with the carrier and provide information where their GPS Scanner scanned the package, this tells them that they scanned at proper location or if they misdelivered.

Unfortunately, if your item is marked as 'Delivered' and you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund your order or replace the merchandise in your order. Once a package leaves our facility, we only have the Tracking information that customers are also provided. Once your parcel is marked as 'Delivered', it is assumed that the customer has received their merchandise.

If your parcel states delivered give it a couple days to see if it shows up and if it doesn't you have to contact your local carrier and then go down to your local Police Dept and/or Sheriff’s Dept to open an investigation. Also, because the item was shipped through interstate commerce, we may also contact the FBI as this might be a federal matter. In addition, we will contact the USPS Postal Investigator, and they will contact you to ask you questions and/or question your neighbors.

Sometimes a package is marked as 'Delivered' with the note below it stating 'Delivered, To Original Sender', this means that your package was forwarded back to our facility. This could be due to a mistake in your address or a failed delivery attempt. If this occurs, Black Rifle Arms will contact by email stating the issue and your order will be canceled and a store credit and/or gift certificate will be issued minus the shipping charges. You can create a new order with updated address and you can use the store credit and/or gift certificate when placing a new order.
