Our policy is to get all packages out in a timely manner, once we ship delivery is the task of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item is in shipping carrier's possession. Carrier's expected delivery dates are estimated shipping times and not guarantees unless it is Express shipping.

Shipping Time -- Most in-stock orders received will ship in 1 to 2 business days, except holidays; however, around the holidays orders can take around 2-4 business days due to an increase in sales. If a product is on backorder we try to give ETA's of back in stock dates and backorders will ship immediately once that product is back in stock.

COMPLETE UPPERS ship within 1 to 3 weeks, we build to order. Usual timeframe is 1 week, but we ask for up to 3 weeks. Current lead times for all upper builds are 6 to 8 weeks under these unprecedented times.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS CAN NOT SHIP TO A RESIDENTIAL USPS MAILBOX and/or USPS P.O. BOX. If you have a UPS STORE P.O. BOX we can ship UPS to that. If you choose UPS as your carrier upon checkout and you ship to a USPS P.O. Box we will change your shipping carrier to USPS Priority!

PLEASE NOTE: Once package states "delivered" we will not replace a parcel. Once parcel states "delivered" you will need to contact your local post office if your parcel is missing after being scanned "delivered". They can get with your postal carrier for an inspection of their scanner since it has GPS and try to locate your parcel. If you are in an Apartment or a facility that has Parcel Lockers or Parcels are left with the complexes front desk you will need to contact your front desk for help or retrieval of parcel. Once a parcel is "delivered" we have no recourse with the post office and it's up to the customer to contact post office or other facilities with parcel lockers or other drop off means.

*USPS Express: 1-2 Business Days Guaranteed. Ship time depends on your shipping zone.
If the package doesn't arrive on time we will submit the request for a refund via the Post Office and then once approved will issue you the shipping cost refund minus handling fees and insurance fees.

USPS Priority: 3-6 Business Days (Not Guaranteed, just an estimate).

**USPS First Class: 2-15 Business Days Typically (Not Guaranteed, just an estimate).

*EXPRESS SHIPPING: We offer USPS Express Shipping. USPS Guarantees Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days depending upon when your package gets scanned into the system by the courier. Depending on your area in the country, holidays NOT included, shipping is guaranteed by USPS in 1 to 2 business days or shipping is refunded!

USPS Express shipping must be scanned in before 5 pm EST to guarantee 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping and because we CANNOT control what time USPS picks up parcels we nor USPS can not guarantee delivery date until it does get scanned; therefore, if they pick up after 5 pm EST, then your package will not be guaranteed until the next guaranteed business day.

Black Rifle Arms is not responsible for any Express packages by FedEx, UPS, or USPS and when they scan them in, our responsibility lies at a timely shipment of the package only and will not offer any refunds in the shipping cost. If FedEx, UPS, or USPS does not deliver packages according to Express Shipping rules upon scan time and guarantee a delivery date we will contact them on your behalf to initiate a shipping refund, but the customer MUST bring delayed shipping time to our attention as we ship too many packages and are not aware of tracking and when a package gets delivered.

Please DO NOT use Express shipping if you are not happy with the policy set forth, THANK YOU for your understanding!

**Please DO NOT use First Class Parcel if you need your order in a timely manner.
First Class Parcel can take from 2 to 15 days for delivery, but we have seen up to 24 days to deliver. In very rare instances we have seen 5 to 7 weeks.

If your package is delayed, rather insured or uninsured, and you request a new package to be sent out we will charge your credit card for the second package and once the original package is delivered you must not open the package but write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the package and take it to the post office or put in your mailbox for carrier pickup. Once we received the returned package we will issue a refund for the product(s) minus shipping cost.

If you use First Class as your shipping option we highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance during checkout which is offered to all customers to purchase at a small fee. Shipping Insurance allows us to submit a claim on your behalf in 15 days of a package not being delivered. At that time, once we submit an insurance claim, we can ship out your replacement package for free.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not purchased insurance during checkout your package will not be replaced and we can not cancel your order and issue you a refund.



Due to Inclement Weather (wild fires out west and Floods) some packages may be delayed and Carriers Express Shipping is not guaranteed. Please see Express Shipping note below.

Due to Covid-19 there have been significant shipping delays throughout the U.S. and some parcels maybe get stuck in a hub that is a hot spot with a large amount of shipping containers to be sorted through. Some hubs are closed, some hubs are short-staffed and while some parcels get to their destination in a timely manner some will get stuck for weeks. Due to this carriers are not allowing insurance (those that insure their packages) submissions for up to 30 days due to the parcel delays.  Some packages may be delayed and Carriers Express Shipping is not guaranteed. Please see Express Shipping note below

Due to these issues we are fully aware parcels look "lost", but most 99.9999% get to their destination much later than expected, so if you are one that has been impacted by what appears to be a lost parcel we ask for your patience while the shipping carriers get sorted through an unprecedented amount of parcels. We have many that want us to help get their parcels to them, we apologized in advance that once a parcel leaves our facility there is nothing we can do to get your parcel moving within the shipping carriers system.

No new parcels will be replaced during the 30 day period as that is the time slotted for those with insurance that we can submit a claim.

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping carriers are not guaranteeing Express Shipping times and due to their new policy regarding express shipping they are not refunding shipping cost if an express parcel is not delivered per their express shipping policy, due to this we are not liable for shipping carriers express shipping cost and will not pay out on their shipping cost refunds.
