- Please contact us so we may issue you a RMA Number.
- Returning an order without a RMA # will delay your refund by up to 2 weeks
- Refusal of Parcel is considered a FORCED RETURN without a RMA Number
- We will gladly accept the return of New and/or Unused product(s) up to 30 days
- A refund will be issued minus all shipping fees (this includes shipping to and shipping back) and the 15% restocking/merchant fees
- A refund will be issued once we receive the product(s) back at our facility
Black Rifle Arms stands behind our products and if a Black Rifle Arms product we manufacture has a defect, we will exchange/replace the item for free. Failure to return the defective product(s) within 10 days upon receiving prepaid shipping label will incur the cost of the replacement product(s), we will reverse this charge as soon as the defective product(s) is returned back to our facility agreed to upon checkout under the Terms and Conditions and the Store Policy.
Within our RMA process we send out a RMA email stating RMA instructions to all customers to read and which provide links to our Terms and Conditions and Store Policy.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return products unless it's due to a manufacture defect.
- Shipping labels Black Rifle Arms creates and provides for defective merchandise it is the customers responsibility to put the shipping label on the correct package being return
- Priority Labels please note if shipping label is for a general parcel or a flat rate parcel
- First class or Ground Advantage need to be placed in a non-priority box
If you wish to cancel an order please call Black Rifle Arms at (386) 410-5162 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm EST. After hours please email us through the invoice email you received or through our Contact Us page with order # you wish to cancel. Please see below for further information regarding cancellation of order.For all other orders, if your order is in the status of "PROCESSING" and/or "BUILDING UPPER" there will be a 15% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created, the cancellation will not be accepted. Exception to these terms is Custom Cerakote on Complete Uppers and/or Part(s) as it is considered a Custom Order and can not be canceled. Your order will process and shipped to you, if you refuse shipment you agree to pay for all shipping charges, cerakote charges and a 15% restocking fee. we are unable to cancel your order as it's a custom order and your order will process and ship.
- *Cerakote Orders CAN NOT BE CANCELED ONCE ORDER IS IN "CERAKOTE PROCESSING" STATUS.
- If you refuse a Cerakote Order parcel when delivered and it is returned to Black Rifle Arms we will issue a refund minus ALL shipping charges, minus ALL cerakote charges and 15%restocking fee and any return shipping charges we may incur by the shipping carrier.
- Any and all refusal of an orders is subject to our RETURN POLICY and FEES.
- Refusal of Parcel will cause a delay in your refund
- Refunds are not issued until parcel is back at our facility.
- Returned parcel with no RMA Number will cause refund delays by up to 2 weeks.
- Refund is of the product(s) price minus a 15% restocking fee, shipping, handling and/or shipping insurance charges, and/or cerakote where applicable.
If your order is non-deliverable due to the wrong address provided during checkout, Black Rifle Arms will contact you by phone or email to update and revise your address. We will create a new order and capture payment for this order and once the non-deliverable package is received back to our facility we will issue you a refund of the product(s) cost minus shipping charges.
In the case of REFUSAL OF ORDER , Non-Deliverable Parcel, or Failure to Sign for a Signature Required Parcel a refund will not be issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. You will receive a refund back to your credit card for the purchase price minus shipping, handling and/or insurance charges and the 15% restocking fee. All products MUST be in original, unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if we incur shipping fees by shipping carrier for return shipping.

If a wrong product(s) was received, we will exchange the product(s) for free including shipping charges. You have agreed to upon checkout that you will return all product(s) incorrectly shipped to our facility upon you receiving a return shipping label. This prepaid shipping label must be used to mail wrong product(s) back to our facility free of charge. Failure to return the product(s) within 10 days you agree to authorized Black Rifle Arms to collect payment by last credit card used. By using our checkout to complete your order you agreed that you have READ, ACKNOWLDGE & AGREE to our Store Policy that you Authorize Black Rifle Arms to collect payment by charging your credit card used during checkout for full amount of product(s) minus shipping charges, these charges will be reversed once product(s) are received back to our facility.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE can a product(s) be returned for a refund, store credit and/or store gift certificate or exchange if ANY MODIFICATIONS or ABUSE has been determined. If a product(s) has been modified or abused and a customer returns said product(s) the product(s) WILL NOT be provided a store credit and/or store gift certificate or an exchange and we will not ship said product(s) back unless customer provides shipping/handling fees for a return modified or abused product(s) or provides a prepaid shipping label.
How To Return An Item: Your item(s) must be in its original, unopened package unless there is a defect we will replace for free. If there is a defect with another manufacturer product you must contact them to replace it. You must return the item(s) within 10 days after contacting Black Rifle Arms for an RMA number.

3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and the RMA number provided to you by customer service.
4. If the product(s) are returned without an RMA number it will delay your exchange and/or refund.
- Failure to return a product(s) after being issued a refund and a return shipping label within 10 days will be considered theft of products and we may seek legal action against you in our local courts
- If we pursue small claims court you are liable for all cost associated with traveling to our city to attend court
- Once we file in small claims court you may still return product(s), but to file with the courts to end litigation you are responsible for all fees associated with filings before we end small claims with the courts
